NewsArrests and hospitalisations down at T In The ParkArrests and hospitalisations are down at this year's T In The Park festival, despite the increased capacity and muddy conditions. By Sunday evening there had been only 50 arrests, with 470 people being seen in the hospital tent, both figures well down on 2006. Chief Superintendent Matt Hamilton said: "Encouragingly, arrest figures at T In The Park are much lower than a busy town centre on a Saturday night. The numbers are incredibly low given the amount of people on site and we're happy with way things are going. Ian Golding, head of the Ambulance Services, added: "Of the 470 people seen, only 32 inviduals have been transferred to hospital for further assessment, although there has been no major cause for concern."
